About Us:
Old Pine Furnishings is a manufacturer of custom furniture and a direct importer
of antiques & quality reproductions for the home and garden. We are a leading
designer of eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable furniture from
reclaimed timbers. We work with retailers, interior designers, studios, set
designers, landscape architects and contractors to create unique and original
interior and exterior spaces.
In addition to our custom furniture, we wholesale antique rustic furniture and
vintage accessories .We travel the countryside’s of Europe and Asia looking for
these unique items. We have found antique pieces with the original paint finish
and countless vintage primitive implements & containers with warmth and beauty.

for you to browse our latest container shipments, antiques and one-of-a-kind

About Our Products:
Our classic designs have been crafted from old timber reclaimed from the roof
joist or flooring of old buildings. Exposure of this wood to the elements over
the years has produced beautiful and weathered surfaces. The old timber is
selected for its graining and distinctive characteristics then de-nailed,
planed, and cut. After being sanded and custom finished, the result is a
finished piece which resembles a genuine antique. By acquiring this piece of old
timber furniture, you have eliminated the need to cut a new tree and have
acquired a history-laden heirloom that can be passed on to future generations.
Our handcrafted products WILL VARY in finish, staining, coloration and sizes
from other products you may have seen or received. All solid wood products are
subject to shrinkage, warping and seasonal cracks over time and will experience
normal seasoning (remember, these were once living trees). In many cases these
variances will enhance the beauty of the piece giving it a cherished, heirloom
appearance. Variances in wooden finishes, including worn edges, uneven planks,
dents, scratches and nicks are considered a natural characteristic of the item’s
unique handcrafted charm and beauty.
Accessories are decorative in nature and not for use in the preparation, serving
or storage of food or for holding liquids. Linings should be employed for same.
Unless specifically warranted for outdoor use, iron and wood products should be
sheltered from the elements. Wood products will benefit from waxing every 6-12

Terms:
Old Pine Furnishings, Inc. requires you to supply us with a copy of your resale
certificate and tax number if you will be reselling the items you purchase. All
orders are Proforma regardless of credit history. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders. A
finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to all overdue
accounts. All prices listed are subject to change without notice.
Title of merchandise passes to you when the carrier accepts delivery or when you
pick up the product yourself. Or if you:
1. Stop payment on a check or credit card.
2. Have insufficient funds in your bank to cover a check (NFS)
3. Have net 30 credit terms.
You agree to the following payment terms and conditions: all invoices will be
paid in full upon receipt, or within 30 days of invoice date (if you have had
pre-approved 30 day credit terms.) Any invoice not paid in full within the terms
of this agreement will be subject to a 1.5% monthly charge of the unpaid
balance, not to exceed 18% annually.
If Old Pine Furnishing Corp. retains an attorney or collection agency to recover
said funds, the purchasing company shall be liable to Old Pine furnishing Corp.
as a consequence of such default; regardless of whether or not the attorney or
collection agency files action or suit. A copy of your resale certificate and
tax number if you will be reselling the items you purchase must be presented at
the time of purchase.
Freight:
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Glendale, California, and are
billed FREIGHT COLLECT. Our freight companies only deliver to commercial docks
and actual businesses. Arrangements must be made in advance for residential
delivery. You may choose a carrier of preference or you may have us assign one
to you. You should note that there may be some very high minimum freight charges
that should be considered when ordering single pieces. We prepare our pieces for
a "blanket wrap" delivery service. Any additional carton or crating required by
your freight company will be added to your invoice. Additional shipping charges
may apply.
We will not be responsible for items damaged in shipping. In the unlikely event
that a piece arrives damaged, claims must be made with the shipping company upon
delivery.
Cancellations and Returns:
If merchandise is defective for any reason other than damage resulting from
shipment, the customer must contact Old Pine Furnishing Corp. immediately. No
returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Any exchanges will
be made at point of original delivery. Old Pine Furnishing Corp. may elect to
authorize repair or make other adjustment in lieu of return. Custom orders are
NON-RETURNABLE. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Cost of
returning merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Breakage, Loss or Damage:
Merchandise is inspected and carefully packed before leaving our warehouse. It
is the purchaser's responsibility to examine merchandise for damage before
signing Carrier's Bill of Lading. The Carrier/Delivery Service upon accepting
shipment assumes the responsibility for safe delivery. Therefore, claims for
merchandise delivered broken or damaged must be reported directly to the Carrier
and they will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the claim.
You should always keep all packaging materials to facilitate claim inspection.
Delays in reporting damage can result in forfeiting your rights to claim payment
from the transport company, so please report any claims immediately. The
customer is required to make timely payment regardless of whether or not claim
is pending with the shipping company. WE CANNOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR
MERCHANDISE WHICH IS DAMAGED BY THE CARRIER. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS INSPECT ALL
SHIPMENTS UPON ARRIVAL.
Special Orders:
All Special Orders are final. Old Pine Furnishings does not allow for
cancellations or returns. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon placing of
Special Orders with the balances due and payment in full prior to delivery.
Completion dates are approximate only, allow additional time for shipping. We
are not responsible for delays or errors by third party vendors including
shipping. Merchandise not claimed within thirty (30) days from the notification
of completion (email, phone, US Mail) is subject to a storage fee of 1% per day.
Orders left for more than one hundred twenty (120) days will be considered
abandoned by the customer but does prevent Old Pine Furnishings from collecting
any and all monies still owing. Old Pine Furnishings will not assume
responsibility for items that do not fit into your home or business.
Warranty:
Old Pine Furnishings is responsible for defects in workmanship only and not by
any third parties including shippers. Colors, finishes, textures will vary from
piece to piece and may vary from those items shown in our catalog or website.
Acceptance of our products or establishing an account with Old Pine Furnishings
constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of our policies including the terms
and conditions of sale.
